ENTREES


Salt and pepper squid served with a mild orange and sweet chilli mayonnaise 

OR

Teriyaki chicken strips presented on pilaff rice.  Drizzled with a honey soy glaze 

OR

Lightly crumbed king prawns, surrounded by a roasted capscium sauce.  Served with a salad garniture. 

OR

Slow cooked pork belly on julienne butter vegetables and served with our own barbeque sauce.  

OR

Roasted chicken pieces tossed with a fresh vegetables and mixed with Vietnamese dressing.  

 


MAINS


Scotch fillet steak, topped with a basil and semi dried tomato compound butter. 

OR 

Grilled perch fillets basted with a ginger and shallot plum sauce. 

OR 

Roast lamb masked with a rosemary and mushroom cream sauce. 

OR 

Atlantic salmon steak coated in Asian spices and topped with a tomato and onion salsa. 

OR 

Oven baked chicken breast wrapped in bacon and covered with an avocado and lemon sauce.  

 


DESSERTS 


Caramel cheesecake served with a caramel mocha sauce 

OR 

Chocolate sponge layered with a milk chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate tiles. 

OR 

Individual pavlova topped with mixed berried and cream.  Surrounded with a berry coulis.

OR 

Vanilla bean pudding served with a warm passionfruit anglaise. 

OR 

Homemade apply and cinnamon crumble, accompanied with vanilla ice cream 

OR 

Strawberry ripple malt cream and placed in a French biscuit case with strawberry sauce.
